I’ve email and called your company many…
I’ve email and called your company many times to cancel the plan that I have with you guys to hear nothing back. On top of that I was charged 150 dollars for something I’m not even using and again have called and email you to cancel before the 2 part of the term even started. This is bad customer service.

Have many glitches
Have many glitches ! one critical issue that cant be solved for weeks is - drivers ELD wont transfer to the platform. Drivers device shows everything is working but we cant see anything on our end , you still have not solved this issue !- UPDATE: The first thing I did was email keeptrucking support and still waiting for you to resolve the issue

Best ever Logging App
Been using this app for about 6 years, never a problem with it . Recognized by Transportation Ministries North and South of the border. Send logs to your own or company emails .. DVIR in the app is a bonus , for single or multiple vehicles. Easy to use, Learning curve is not difficult. Customer support is excellent. Would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a way to keep logs without the paperwork.
