Sometimes the goin is slow
Sometimes the goin is slow, howeverOne you received the unit back it was quick in returning the replacement unit. Now my question for you is why would the unit not be responsive at the same time the subscription was bound for renewal? Put in other word's is it programed to stop working before the subscription expires?

I don’t know if I am grading just…
I don’t know if I am grading just customer service or am I grading the functionality of the application? The language barrier is not as bad as it could be, most of the customer service people are pretty knowledgeable, and in the end they have the ability to clarify almost everything you were asking about

You missing the boat on split shifts.
You missing the boat on split shifts.You tech’s thing you need 2 or three hrs then 8 or seven hr ‘s in the sleeper the 2 or 3 more hrs to complete the rest break
