The matter was not resolved with connecting the gateway, I have reached to my rep two weeks in a row, and still no resolve.

Our last two devices were not available…
Our last two devices were not available until 2-3 weeks after ordered. We were charged right away and no compensation was returned even though we were charged immediately. Our "rep" said he would like into it after I asked multiple times and never got back to us. Support is typically excepetional at helping with issues but I would've like compensation for a service we were already charged yet devices were not available.
