This is not how you should treat a driver.
This is not how you should treat a driver. Once I stop my truck the ELD shouldPut me into OFF DUTY automatically. It’s like you want to see how fast you can run my clock out. Where is the YARD MOVE? Where is the 7 and 3 split? Or how about the 8 and 2 split? Or, how about when I’m out of hours but need to get to a safe haven, you make no provisions for that. Very disappointed that I have to keep…
Very disappointed that I have to keep calling back and have yet had my issue resolved. I've had a manager state he was going to call me back, that was last week. I have still not heard from a manager! I won't recommend you to anyone. Thinking about cancelling my services and going to Samsara, where I know I can get the proper customer service my company deserves.
