Customer Service is no good might as well just have a answering machine. I tried canceling my contract before the 30 days and of course they never reach back

I have been trying to explain that my…
I have been trying to explain that my ELD keeps kicking me onto regular drive time from personal conveyance which is very problematic especially when I’m trying to complete a restart. People make mistakes and we should be able to edit short driving times when this happens and it resets our restart. The CSR’s can not get that something needs to be done about this.
