User friendly
It is practical, user friendly. When you call by phone to customer service these guys solve the technical problems that you are asking for. The Keeptruckin app is very interactive and at the same time it is formal but easy to work with.

Got Scammed into a 5 Years Contract
The agent who sign me up with Keeptrucking, his name is Tim Shaw. When we were discuss the plan over the phone, I asked him if keeptrucking have unlimited on-the-road wifi services (stupid question because I didn't know any better, I'm pretty new to the industry as an owner operator) and he said yes and drafted a quote for me with ELD + Dashcam + Wifi for $85/month; the wifi service was not written on the quote, when I confronted him, he said this phone conversation was recorded so if he ...

The support staff were there for me when I had trouble with my eld and truck connections any time I called with ? They were there I'll always use them...A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF THERE !!!!

Not for Hot Shots
The equipment displayed "Hard Brake Alert". That makes my equipment appear faulty when I had the truck checked out thoroughly and was not doing any hard brakes. Still waiting to hear back from Keep Trucking that my account is closed. The load board provided contained NO loads for hot shots, zero loads. Never loads for hot shots. The Truck Stop Program had minimal loads for hot shots as well. The ones that called you for work low balled to the point that you can't make any money. I lost out ...
