Our dashcam wasn't working and a new one was sent out immediately. We love our Keep Trucking app as it is user friendly and we have had no problems at all. The KT team is fast and attentive to our needs.

They are trash
Trash I moved out the way to let a truck do a turn around and they can look on map that truck didn't move anywhere but 2 ft up and it was under 5mls and it still clocked me for 8seconds ? How was it clocking me driving if I wasn't? I was in SB for 7hrs and still in sleeper 2hrs after the so called 8 second drive. So they could fix that mistake but they choose not to.. They eld program is full of bs . I'm changing my eld service providers I had enough problems with them!
