Lack of Support
I have canceled my account well over a month now. I have contacted keep truckin by email and by phone many many times for my refund. I keep getting told that it’s on its way and that it’s being expedited but I still have no refund. It's kind of like insurance, you never really know how good a company is until you need support. They are trash
Trash I moved out the way to let a truck do a turn around and they can look on map that truck didn't move anywhere but 2 ft up and it was under 5mls and it still clocked me for 8seconds ? How was it clocking me driving if I wasn't? I was in SB for 7hrs and still in sleeper 2hrs after the so called 8 second drive. So they could fix that mistake but they choose not to.. They eld program is full of bs . I'm changing my eld service providers I had enough problems with them!
