I signed up with them for camera and…
I signed up with them for camera and ELD, but NEVER USED the camera. I renewed my insurance quote and they told me they also going to install a camera in the truck. Since I can’t have 2 cameras in one truck I told them I don't have any use for camera since I have their ELD. I explained to them that the insurance renewal quote came with a package and it cost thousands monthly. I reached out to them that I want to remove just the camera and they flatly refused. Lack of Support
I have canceled my account well over a month now. I have contacted keep truckin by email and by phone many many times for my refund. I keep getting told that it’s on its way and that it’s being expedited but I still have no refund. It's kind of like insurance, you never really know how good a company is until you need support. Update: I am not permitted to respond to my reply, but the email address given for support is the email that will not give live feedback/support or information on my ...
