No understanding for changes in your business.
I changed leases for my truck, and needed my own ELD for my 2017.Went with KT on suggestion from a friend.8 Months later, I needed to change trucks, and bought a glider truck that happened to be pre-eld.I contacted my rep, and told him I wanted to cancel as I didn't need it anymore, and was going to paper logs.He said "if I returned the equipment, I would be able to cancel, likely loose any refund on my current year paid.
