Never use this place
Customer service sucks management sucks nobody can speak proper English its hard to understand what they saying I had issues with the gate and I was told they was going to call me back to take care of the issue never got a call please don't use they services

No understanding for changes in your business.
I changed leases for my truck, and needed my own ELD for my 2017.Went with KT on suggestion from a friend.8 Months later, I needed to change trucks, and bought a glider truck that happened to be pre-eld.I contacted my rep, and told him I wanted to cancel as I didn't need it anymore, and was going to paper logs.He said "if I returned the equipment, I would be able to cancel, likely loose any refund on my current year paid. I like the keep trucking program but…
I like the keep trucking program but returns are impossible been getting charged for 4 months for an extra eld that they have promised to return I will be switching service because of this problem
