Lack of Support
We were charged for two ELD/Cameras in which the order was erroneously serviced by our representative. We are only in possession of one of each and when we tried to call and mediate the issue, you all would not handle the issue. We are disgusted with the level of service provided and the lack of support to help mediate this issue.
