Trouble free experience
I waited until the last minute, early December of 2017, to get an ELD. I ran it as a AOBRD as long as I could. Switching over to ELD mode was an adjustment for me, but my questions were answered with a call to the support line. I did have a problem that resulted in replacement of the box on the dashboard, but a call to support diagnosed the problem and a week later the replacement arrived. I didn't think that was to bad. As I said, I was worried that the ELD mandate was going to be the end ...
