The support is too bad to be true. It's slow and it seems they don't read what we say and keep answering default responses.I have the Family Plan and regarding normal usage (password manager) I should say it's ok, like many others. The sync between web and phone is bad, too slow and many times it scares us because we think they lost the entries.Finally and the reason for this rate is because they lost the 2FA config in some entries. Safe Secure & Easy to Use

I love the security of Keeper and the ease of use. It makes updating passwords and keeping up with them so much easier!

Easy to use and highly available

This application has released me from having to remember many different passwords and allowed me to create strong passwords where required. It's easy to use, and is available on all of the devices I use. I also feel that I can trust Keeper to maintain my data privacy.

Ich bin mit dem Passwort Manager sehr zufrieden. Vor allem weil ich diesen auf Desktop PC Laptop, Amazon Prime Fire Tablet und den Android Smartphones nutzen. Empfehlenswert.

Fijne software maar ik haat de reclame

Fijne software maar ik haat de reclame. En nu krijg ik een aanbod om te verlengen, maar ik kan de vooraf aangevinkte opslag in de cloud (10 GB voor 9,99 per jaar - zijn ze gek daar?) niet uitvinken. Moet ik daar weer een mail over schrijven. Waardeloos stelletje sullen bij marketing blijkbaar. Ik ben zo woest over die troep die je erbij krijgt, dat ik overweeg om naar LastPass te gaan als het niet snel opgelost is.

I use this product every day

I use this product every day. My biggest issues is that it doesn't allow you to generate strong passwords from the app. SInce I'm doing a lot of things from a mobile device, if I want to generate a strong password, I have to use the browser extension from a laptop to do it. BItwarden allows you to generate from the app. Also there is some monetization in play if you want to add value added features.

Excellent technology with a couple of small kinks (I would not go back to Lastpass)

Attractive format and quite functional for generating and accessing passwords. I've been using for eight months and would not go back to Lastpass which I used for ten years. With Lastpass I was forced to go through a convoluted process to make a backup and always wondered how valid it was. (never needed it though). Keepers solution to a backup is excellent, a desktop app that mirrors the web version. You always have your passwords where you can get them if Keeper was offline. (That hasn't ...
