Keeper interacts poorly with IPhone and aps.Update. I contacted Keeper as suggested and reviewed the instructions as directed in an email from them. Keeper still works poorly with iPhone and many apps.

The software is glitchy and unreliable…
The software is glitchy and unreliable to the point that I will not renew the subscription. Not any better than the chrome password manager. My card was charged weeks before the expiration of my current subscription. When I asked the vendor to reverse the charge, they refused to do it and cited the Terms of Service document. This transaction was not done in good faith. I do not recommend.

The support is too bad to be true
The support is too bad to be true. It's slow and it seems they don't read what we say and keep answering default responses.I have the Family Plan and regarding normal usage (password manager) I should say it's ok, like many others. The sync between web and phone is bad, too slow and many times it scares us because we think they lost the entries.Finally and the reason for this rate is because they lost the 2FA config in some entries. Reliable for numerous passwords
I have never had any problems with syncing between all my computer products (Ipad, Iphone, Macbook, PC desktop, and PC laptop). In past few years have only had one brief episode of being unable to access the service. I have well over 200 passwords to manage, and am unable to keep up with paper transcription of these. I find it easy to change passwords and retrieve them. I can also leave notes on when and why I changed the password for a given entity. Very pleased with the product
