So easy to use
So easy to use, value for money and UK based. It does exactly what I need it to do and it's a weight off my mind with Making Tax Digital on the way.

Customer support absolutely diabolical
Customer support is absolutely diabolical. You cannot call them - they won't give you a phone number. You have to email them and wait for someone to call you, possibly days later.They called back once, 15 minutes later than the agreed time, by which time i was doing something else. I could not return their call as I don't have a number and they have not rung back.Absolutely useless. I would avoid them like the plague!

AVOID AVOID AVOIDAn absolutely shocking service. Not only is the software unfit for purpose as it is littered with issues preventing it being used, the sales and service teams are about as much use as a chocolate tea pot. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY

Kashflow is the worst accounting software I have ever come across, and has actually been an impediment to our business. It appears to be a fully integrated small business accounts solution, but in reality it is dysfunctional and requires significant manual intervention to keep up to date. The system has no conception of long term liabilities, and the stock management system is more time consuming and less useful than a spreadsheet. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Nothing at all, I hate every time I open this software and have to waste my time using it. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Its complex to use, you have to swap screens all the time, and the functions are so basic. They also almost never improve the software (i've been with them 7 years). Don't try their 14 day free trial
Tried their 14 day free trial, at the end of it I was going to create a subscription but the discounted rate wasn't available from my account but was from their website home page. I had entered a load of data and used my company email address so I wasn't keen on creating another new account from scratch. Awful company when you want to cancel. The help information does not work and as for customer service well that is TERRIBLE!! I have been trying to cancel my account for months. Works well with paypal importing
What do you like best? Importing facility within paypal, and easy to understand interface What do you dislike? Lengthy time for support to respond to issues What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Importing all sales received through ecommerce channels straight into kashflow to help manage distribution and accounting.
