The most worst accounting software that I have ever used !Chart of accounts are messed up, you can't restore KashFlow Online's backup in KashFlow Online, support is poor and I guess there is no point of it.

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM. They keep charging my credit card regardless I requested closing off the account with them and cancelling a contract.The support sends daft questions to describe what problems I'm having with it regardless I had emailed them them three times.They advised to log in and cancel the account but the creds I was given didn't work. Then they reset the password. Although the login button was still greyed out when tried to login with new credentials.So asked again to cancel ...

Just dreadful

Just dreadful. Support is woeful. Functions are ill thought out. If you have more than one account, you can't switch logins because the cookies aren't updated with last logout data (so you are near-permanently logged in to one of the accounts, a really simple bug which they have no interest in fixing.Password reset is a joke, etc etc. You can't retrieve your username, you can't reset your password without it, even if you remember it the lockout means your password reset sends you to an ...

Great product for keeping track of my invoices

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Kashflow is easy to use, it has easy invoicing, great dashboard, great integrations, simple vat returns, great loading speed, and many useful options. I have been using Kashflow from the very beginning, and I can tell that this software has improved through the years. Every-time I use this software I think…

Every-time I use this software I think why don't they make just a few basic changes so that I don't have to keep doing x. But they almost never update their software, they spend all their money on marketing :( And I've been with them for 6 painful years. I'd move to better software but changing over all the accounts would be so much work. Poor software, poor support

Poor software, very limited when compared to Xero and the like. Basic integrations for third party apps such as GoCardless and development requests are ignored in favour of new features that aren’t needed. Fix what you have first!The support takes days (literally and one day I couldn’t get any support by phone, email or social media. This has a knock on effect on how we can run our business.My advice? The software is on par with the other providers but their customer service is awful. Apparently there has been a billing issue on my account. Without any form of notification, call, email, text or online notification my ongoing subscription was cancelled and access lost to my account. It turns out they do not take support calls from ongoing customers and the only method of support is web chat. Not worth the hassle

Not worth the hassle. Customer support is an online service only and can take forever for them to get back to you. Trying to speak to someone for assistance is near impossible. The bank feed system they use is cumbersome and for a time was not working for almost 10 days, or so I was told. If you decide to leave make 100% sure it is done fully as you will not get any notification.
