Absolute rubbish site.
Absolute rubbish. I forgot my password and after resetting it, I am told my email address is wrong. Tried for several hours over 2 days yet I'm told the email address that I've used for years is incorrect. Waste of time but sadly this is what my employer uses.

Totally unreliable software and useless…
Totally unreliable software and useless customer service.Constanly missing entries from the bank statements, and we have to check each entry manually to find what one is missing.What is the point to have a software which need man work to check its own errors? I’ve been a loyal user of Kashflow for nearly 10 years but I’m now migrating to a different service…From a recent subscription issue it seems that Kashflow are more interested in their bottom line than giving a friendly, helpful customer service to small businesses and they do not live up to their questionable values – it’s all marketing hype. i now have several companies that i work with using kashflowswitching accounts and loading different companies manually is slowcan't get umbrella log in for all my CompaniesHelp desk difficult to talk to always using e-mails which gets painfully slowworried about MTD comments as i've still got an oustanding issue

Life is so much easier with Kashflow!
I am relatively new to accounting (just over a year. I did book keeping as part of my secretarial college course back in the late 1970's. I was struggling with SAGE due to no computer accounts experience. Then something amazing happened, the local computer repair company which we use introduced us to Kashflow! It is amazing, everything is in one place - accounts, estimates/quotes and invoices. There is always help if you need it too. Life is so much easier with Kashflow!

I'm a freelance writer and have been using KashFlow for the past four or more years. I love that I can easily create quotes, invoices and reports. Bookkeeping is straightforward and everything is compatible with my accountant's software. I am a huge fan of KashFlow and would recommend it.

We have used Kashflow since 2013 and been happy with it until this year, when for some reason a bug altered all our bank totals, and suddenly nothing added up - I had to go back through every year to 2013 to find the entries which were "corrupted" and delete and re-enter them. Absolutely no help from customer services who basically acknowledged there was an issue, said they would look into it and then complete silence from them - no help at all, no phone line to get any immediate ...

Subscription cancelled - avoid
Like many small businesses I was looking for a simple accounting package to help me comply with MTD. After a fair bit of research I thought Kashflow would do the job.HOWEVER, after multiple attempts to connect and re-registering my VAT details with HMRC I still couldn't get the software to connect. As an experiment, I tried a free trial period with Sage, and it connected and registered successfully with HMRC within seconds, so I have cancelled my annual subscription with Kashflow. ...
