Incredible customer service!

I had my first call with Kajabi today and it was great! The customer service is top notch. Even though I’m a total novice and have no idea what I’m doing, they were patient with me and answered all my questions without making me feel like an idiot. They recorded the call (with my permission) and sent me a copy so I could listen back, then also sent me typed answers to all the questions I asked. Awesome!!!

I am always telling people that Kajabi is the best. Tech-support is the best. Constant improvements to the software. A couple of days ago I signed up my first affiliate who just got her free trial for Growth monthly.

As a total newbie to website…

As a total newbie to website building-Ian is my superhero!!! He was so patient and answered all my questions no matter how often I asked the same. He explained english terms (I am German) so that I can work with them not feeling lost. He saved me tons of hours figuring out things on my own or with the support videos.
