Our takeaway after being a paying Kajabi customer for the past year: - The platform has many advantages but does not live up to the advertised standards. Overall very smooth experience

Overall, easy to use and get over the learning curve. All in one solution makes it very easy and not having to deal with messy integrations. Help desk is very fast in getting back. Overall smooth experience!

Amazing support for me, the beginner

Even before our call, I was impressed with the support that Kajabi has. I am a complete beginner to website design and have been able to figure it out with the support. The free welcome support call was a huge bonus that I wasn't expecting. I was able to get my questions answered and got some new ideas too! I highly recommend Kajabi!

Incredible customer service!

I had my first call with Kajabi today and it was great! The customer service is top notch. Even though I’m a total novice and have no idea what I’m doing, they were patient with me and answered all my questions without making me feel like an idiot. They recorded the call (with my permission) and sent me a copy so I could listen back, then also sent me typed answers to all the questions I asked. Awesome!!!
