Thank you Audrey. Using Kajabi does need a learning curve, but they are doing the best they can to help. As users, we just need to reach out, watch the Kajabi University video courses and actually do our thing. Thank you Kajabi for providing a good platform.

Extremely helpful and supportive customer service.

As a new subscriber we have an option to chat with a member of the Customer Success Team to discuss any questions about using Kajabi and how I see my business using the services. Emily answered the questions I had, offered me tips and resources that would apply to my business and the direction I was looking to take. Anytime I need help there is either someone there to help or I can access videos and other resources to move me in the right direction.

Authentic connection with my clients

Moving my website to Kajabi has been an amazing experience! I am able to stay connected with my clients and audience authentically. I have enjoyed wonderful customer service with the live chat feature. I truly feel like the customer service agents are invested in helping me utilize the Kajabi resources with ease and purpose. Ryan was totally awesome and knowledgeable - when I asked him to go over a certain point one more time he did not hesitate to walk me through - also - I had to cancel a call with Hillary and she responded personally which I did not expect - way to go guys!

Ian was EXTREMELY patient and helpful. He went over and above on his support and was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the Kajabi system. After this session am more confident in what kajabi can do for the growth of my business. I was considering canceling my subscription but Ian helped change my mind COMPLETELY!
