I was having a little difficulty setting up my website through Kajabi, and Sarah was very helpful in explaining how things work during our 45 minute activation call. She even went above and beyond by giving me some ideas on logos and other ways to use Kajabi.

From overwhelmed to excited

Customer Service is the differentiator…

Customer Service is the differentiator with Kajabi. The platform is an intuitive gem but the Activation Call went beyond the platform and gave me extreme clarity on best practices for building my company, courses, LLC tips, sales funnels (i.e. pipelines), how to generate organic leads/growth, and even ways to gamify my content (i.e. automations). My anxiety regarding using and paying for the Kajabi services has been strangely replaced with a burning desire to get stuff done... I guess ...

You need a phone number for tech support

You need a phone number so we can actually talk to a human being. We spend 1500 a year and we cannot talk to someone when I ask for help for the first time in a year... it' very frustrating. We're not all techies. I needed someone to walk me through it.

Best EVER Customer Success Manager!!!!

I have been building out my course and membership using Kajabi and had my fair share of frustrations and upsets BUT what keeps me staying the course and being SATISFIED and Happy with this platform and what I see is the most VALUABLE and BEST thing about this Company is your Customer Success Manager Ryan. Feedback from Activation Call

Derrick was informative and very helpful in my activation call. I find the platform exciting to be a part of but with a long learning curve. Derrick helped me to navigate through the important areas to get started. I'd like to see more color-coding to make it intuitive to my visual brain but the Activation Call was exactly as it should have been.
