Horrible billing policies

Horrible billing policies — I have been a Kajabi member since 2018 and upgraded to try a feature and cannot go back to my original membership option. Horrendous customer service that truly doesn’t want to help if it’s “not our policy”. If I wasn’t stuck, I’ve move platforms.

Good system, pretty easy to learn and navigate. Chat forums are pretty simplistic. Decent email and website templates.
