I love Kajabi!
I love Kajabi. Very easy to use and everyone inside the fb group is super helpful. The employee's at Kajabi truly care about your success!

Great for brand new course creators
Great for brand new course creatorsI have been with Kajabi since 2018, and while Kajabi was a great all-in-one platform, I have had to use Active Campaign to get better analytics on what (exactly) my audience is clicking on, and better email list segmentation. I wish that the Kajabi landing pages also tracked unique user clicks. Not great when you are trying to determine landing page conversions.Overall, a great platform for beginners.

Not enough payment methods we use in Europe. This one of the biggest weaknesses of Kajabi for europeen customers.

I'm getting there...
I am very happy that I signed onto Kajabi. It's like many stores under one roof and I'm able to do everything I need to do from online training, email news, marketing, sales, and promotion all under one roof. It's taken a lot of effort for me to get to this point and I have a long way to go but I know its possible to create a profitable business using Kajabi.

Kajabi is a very robust plattform
Kajabi is a very robust plattform, their support is awesome. The only thing why I give not a 5 star rating, they dont provide as much updates as I need. Some requested features are on hold for month. But anyway I would recommend Kajabi to everybody who would like to start a real business.

Overall I like Kajabi
Overall I like Kajabi. My one issue is that I am periodically told to rebuild web pages for features to continue working, or to take advantage of new features.

Poor options for pricing flexibility…
Poor options for pricing flexibility and purchasing "tickets" for events for my members. Very frustrating and looking for a better alternative.

Gone backwards
Used to be the leading all-in-one platform for coaches, but the development path over the past two years saw it lag behind in almost every area. Not as good as Elementor for web design. Email marketing tool is almost useless compared to ActiveCampaign. The content management platform is archaic compared to Searchie. Analytics are clunky, limited (can’t report on blog post stats at all!) and almost always inaccurate The social side of things (ie discussion group) is laughable. The mobile app ...

We love Kajabi
We love Kajabi. It's easy to build a course and the course templates are great. The one thing we would want to see is a better landing page builder with templates, the look unless you are full fledged programmer is not great. A-B testing is critical, we need better data. Other than that, as I said that we love you.
