I am very happy with the platform
I am very happy with the platform. I just wish it was a little less expensive. The good news is, you get a lot of great tools in one, and they keep making it better!

Kajabi Ok - some cheaper and simpler options out there now
I like Kajabi...I have used it since 2015. Luckily I came in as a founder as a founders rate, otherwise I think it would be really expensive for what it is. The functionality is great, but it is not always simple and straightforward to use. Some of the new features, like coaching, aren't workable for me, and I'm a coach.It was a real trailblazer in its day, but there are simpler cheaper options out there now.

Membership platform yes, one stop shop no.
As membership platform it is the best "out-of-the-box" option you can get. It makes you structure trainings so people can learn better. The options that are available to customize pages (membership pages, website pages, landing pages) aren't up to date to what the market can offer. Also e-mail marketing is available but there are more powerfull services for a smaller budget available.Overal kajabi positions themselves as a membership platform which it is and is their greatest strength. Happy with Kajabi since 2016 :)
Been a Kajabi user since 2016. I love Kajabi, it's made my business possible and easier to manage. It does a lot of things, and every few months there are updates and new features to make the experience better or give Kajabi users more options.The only downside is that while it does many things very well, some of them can have certain limitations: an example of this is the community. The course delivery is good.
The course delivery part of the platform is good. This is the main reason we went with Kajabi. However, everything else leaves a LOT to be desired. The email automation is very unintuitive and the payment part of the platform is very restrictive, especially for returning customers who may have forgotten their password. It forces them to log in before being able to pay for something - crazy! We had to switch to SamCart to handle this situation in the end because we were losing too many ...

I wish there is a better way to…
I wish there is a better way to organize the landing pages and email sequences in their respective tabs, instead of one long list. E.g., if can put these into folders or categories, so it is easier to find what you are looking for. And a place to file away broadcast emails so you can access them later if you want, instead of having it all in the same list...so more ways to organize these sections

Kajabi's platform is extensive and has usually met (or surpassed) my needs. I'm focused on the relationship with my existing customers less than marketing efforts to gain new customers. I say this because, for marketers, Kajabi won't hold up to systems dedicated to that function. I'm also a huge fan of Kajabi Chat Support. Great, intuitive, truly all-in-one platform
The biggest thing about Kajabi for me is that it's truly all-in-one. That's why I went for it. But even then I didn't appreciate how much time and brainpower it would save me. I was able to get rid of, and stop paying for, Thinkific, Zapier, Wordpress, Jetpack, OptimizePress, Mailchimp, AND stop having to think about how to automate all the links. The website and page builder are great. You can create great products for online courses and memberships, but also now 1-2-1 coaching products ...
