I am 90% happy with Kajabi!
I am 90% happy with Kajabi. They make it SO EASY to be an online business. However, the one issue I have is their lack of analytics both overall and podcasts. They decided the "top 5" and 1 catchall was enough. But it's not. I want Google Analytics-level analytics. Kajabi can do this because it's their platform. I always recommend Kajabi to those who are serious about taking their business to the next level and beyond!

One place to run your online business.
The two big ones for me is an all-inclusive platform and super responsive customer support. The downside of all-inclusive is that the features are less flexible and with less sizzle. But that’s a decent trade off. Email functionality and flexibility are still the weakest aspect but it has come a long way in the last few years.

So much potential but let down by bad…
So much potential but let down by bad support. Used to be amazing and offer live chat with very helpful staff but now it basically sends you to almost useless help guides. I paid for one of the top plans at the time and they still cut off support.Also, all the new updates are amazing, but quite often you have to fully rebuild your website to use it. As an early paying customer thats made almost all of the bew stuff useless as its such an investment in time to rebuild.

So far it's been great
So far it's been great! Just been with Kajabi about a month and a half. I like the ease of use for a not so computer savvy marketer.

Love Kajabi!!
Kajabi has been an incredibly useful tool for my business. I've been able to easily create beautiful landing pages without paying for expensive web designers. I've loved that I've been able to make my own edits as my business grows and changes and it's been extremely useful to have all of my marketing tools in one spot!

I wanted a website that was easy to use…
I wanted a website that was easy to use and update. Kajabi is that ... plus it allows the customers to pay in one payment or in multiple payments that I set. Best of all, no tech expertise required plus the tutorials are excellent.Do yourself a favour and have a look at Kajabi. It was one of the best decisions I ever made.

Kajabi has exceeded my expectations…
Kajabi has exceeded my expectations both as an overall online platform AND as a customer service organization. I find that any question or issue I have is addressed and solved in both a timely and exceedingly kind fashion. Because, I have very high standards and am often disappointed, I'm not normally a "fan boy" of any organization.
