Great product
This is great software that's easy to use, easy to change, and makes running an online business as a course creator just about as easy as possible. It was the first to bundle all the services together and has done a remarkable job of keeping up with a rapidly changing market. The price is a bit higher than other services, but I've found it worth it time and time again.

Easy to find help at Kajabi
My wife and I have separate Kajabi accounts which we are just beginning to build. So far, we have found Kajabi to be easy to work with but a little frustrating at times because of our unfamiliarity of the platform and navigation. To our surprise, Sarah at Kajabi reached out to us and spent her time in a live meeting to walk us through the things that we needed to know. This is an AMAZING service that we truly appreciate! Worth the money
I am building my online business. Kajabi was recommended by a fellow physician coach. I’m not very graceful at learning something new. I have liked Kajabi so far. Their introductory free orientation call was incredible. Hilary was my guide. If I had any doubts about sticking with Kajabi before now I don’t. It’s worth the money 100 percent.

Kajabi courses work pretty well for our students, but we need more support on the admin side. The various ways to get support are largely unsatisfying. I've gone the route of the Chat, or the webinar, or the tutorials, and find what I need about 50% of the time, but the other times I get frustrated and quit whatever project I'm stuck on, which isn't useful. Or I find that that functionality I want doesn't exist, so it's a dead-end anyway. We may pay more for Access, so maybe that will help, ...
