Awesome product, non-existent service

Kajabi is a gorgeous LMS platform but I've reached out to them for help on two separate occasions regarding two different questions and never got the courtesy of a reply, so I have to rate them down. Fantastic support from Kajabi

Fantastic support from Kajabi! I recently became a Kajabi customer and was immediately impressed by the support team providing a solution to my custom domain email issue that technically should have been addressed by my domain holder! I was then wowed by Emily during our Zoom info session where she gave me the tools I need to get my site up and running quickly. These folks give great customer service. I'm happy to be a client!

Had a call with Jack, one of their customer success managers, and he was SUPER helpful and friendly and went over and above to make sure we cover everything I wanted to know and more. So helpful

I'm really enjoying Kajabi but not loving the high price!

I really like Kajabi but its pricing is too high. With competitors like Sam Cart now in the game, I hope Kajabi lowers its pricing or I may have to make a move.
