Easy to use !

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? easy to use for admins and overall good exeperice for agents using it too. The set up is fast and friendly for anyone with little experience. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The app is not always working right and there is room for improvement in better speed in the click to call and other tools. Fast Support and Good Call Quality

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Support is fast, usually get a response within a few minutes at any time of day. They got our numbers ported from Aircall quickly, when their competitor Cloudtalk wasted a month and wouldn't port our numbers. Call quality is great, voicemails get sent to email and price is very cheap compared to Aircall and others. I thought maybe call quality and support would be bad due to how low their pricing is, but actually both are better than ...

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? What I like about most about JustCall is that it's constantly improving its services! They have great tech support. The app is extremely useful. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Able to direct calls to mobile phones & pick up the phone from anywhere & the option to keep it under "Hibernation" at minimal cost without losing the number. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Billing could be pushed to email as a reminder that there has been a charge & user interface can be improved, such as easily finding the phone availability scheduling & automated messaging ability. Brilliant customer service from Suraj

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The call quality is awesome, I love that it keeps track of previous conversations as well. Customer support is the highlight though. In the past I've tried dealing with the support teams at Skype and Zoom Phone and it's a disaster. It was so refreshing to talk to Suraj in the JustTalk support team.
