Very easy to use platform, great for small and mid size businesses

What do you like best? I love the easy to use modules. It is very cost effective. What do you dislike? I wish there were more integrations available, but we are very happy with the solution overall. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were able to reduce the onboarding time for employees as well as the time it took to resolve technical issues with employee's systems.

Great cloud AD alternative

What do you like best? Ability to use with multiple systems and not having to setup ldap or radius servers. What do you dislike? If you add in Ad connector and then get rid of AD there is no way to delete those accounts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Single signon to website, wifi, virtualization machines, and laptops both mac and windows.

Love Jumpcloud

What do you like best? I like the fact that I can send terminal commands to multiple devices at the same time. What do you dislike? How Jumpcloud lacks policies for Linux. How Jumpcloud doesn't have any integration with Ansible. Recommendations to others considering the product: Jumpcloud makes managing servers easy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing devices are different operating system.

Easy, Feature-rich, Directory-as-a-Service Platform

What do you like best? The integration into just about any device or service is a game changer. Linking devices, to cloud accounts, to networks, all with one ID, is great for clients and companies alike. Policy management for devices is also a helpful feature in today’s world where traditional AD can be more infrastructure than is necessary or desired. What do you dislike? I don’t have any major gripes with the service, but improvements with additional layers of permissions and ...

Jumpcloud is an amazing product!

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to control users and machines. What do you dislike? I've had a difficult time connecting the radius server functionality to my customers network. I have just recently started looking at taking my clients to that next level though. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Very fast inexpensive active directory and machine control.

I love not needing to have an AD server for small business

What do you like best? Elegance of implementation, managing users, systems, SSH Keys, SAML SSO, What do you dislike? SAML/SSO feature of many SaaS products require the more expensive Enterprise version eg Slack. Jumpcloud should partner with companies and do a promo code. SAML/SSO is not just for enterprises anymore. Recommendations to others considering the product: Implement ManageEngine alongside JumpCloud to manage patches, etc. What problems are you solving with ...
