What do you like best about Joyous? I like how user friendly and animated it is.I can see problems and take action immediately - I can actually just respond then and there. Or, I can take a deep breath and look at the insights, and think about future people strategy.

"Great way to get out of the box ideas from quiet people"
What do you like best about Joyous? It often feels like whiteboarding, but without the white board. It's less formal than email, making people more casual. There's less time spent on articulating a thought-out critique and more of a casual, "I think it could use more..." or "I don't like..."
