What do you like best about Journey? Journey is incredibly helpful in creating flexible, content-driven user experiences for various use cases. We can efficiently utilize it to create new business sales journeys, content hubs for ABM/marketing campaigns, or even training for distributed internal teams. What do you dislike about Journey? "Journey gives me a unique way to follow up and interact with our customers and prospects."

What do you like best about Journey? Being able to create a short personalized video for prospects and having all information in one link vs attaching a bunch of different docs. What do you dislike about Journey? Open rates have been lower than expected so not sure if it's people not wanting to click on the link or if it goes to spam. What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you? Best part is having a centralized place to provide all information needed for prospects.

What do you like best about Journey? Reusable components are the greatest. We can edit an asset in canva and it is auto updated throughout dozens of journeys. What do you dislike about Journey? Navigating through assets and determining where an asset is being used can be tricky. What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you? Our business tackles some really complex and nuanced problem sets. Journey helps us make our complex story simple to understand.

What do you like best about Journey? As their name suggests, you can actually walk viewers through a journey as opposed to sending static docs in a tool like DocSend. What do you dislike about Journey? There are so many features it can be challenging to navigate and get it to look / behave exactly how I want. "An intuitive and powerful way to communicate your jorney (pun intended)"

The ability to convey your journey in a familiar format (slides) but having the flexibility of choosing the way you present the content ( links, videos etc.) What do you dislike about Journey? I don't have anything it mind at the moment What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to convey my pitch plus a demo of the app all in one place. Its really powerful to share a single link and convey everything I need to in one place

What do you dislike about Journey? Sometimes the external link UI doesn't show up too well - like Tally forms What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you? Its solving video acquisition funnels automated.
