"Journey makes customer conversations easier."

What do you like best about Journey? I like Journey's ease-of-use interface and powerful features to upload different types of content and share them via unique links for each customer. I've used many content sharing platforms and Journey is definitely one of the best tools I used so far. What do you dislike about Journey? Id wish Journey had custom font types, sizes, and better integration with Zapier. What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you? Journey enables teams ...

"Journey is the best freemium offering online"

What do you like best about Journey? It's incredibly user-friendly and has an insanely natural UX - pulls in the right amount of feature complexity without going overboard. What do you dislike about Journey? I honestly cannot think of anything...I suppose you could argue that the journey page could allow for even more branding/color customization? That's a reach...it's awesome. What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm fundraising for an investment firm - I use it ...

"Journey gives me a unique way to follow up and interact with our customers and prospects."

What do you like best about Journey? Being able to create a short personalized video for prospects and having all information in one link vs attaching a bunch of different docs. What do you dislike about Journey? Open rates have been lower than expected so not sure if it's people not wanting to click on the link or if it goes to spam. What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you? Best part is having a centralized place to provide all information needed for prospects.

"Helpful for both external and internal use alike!"

What do you like best about Journey? Journey is incredibly helpful in creating flexible, content-driven user experiences for various use cases. We can efficiently utilize it to create new business sales journeys, content hubs for ABM/marketing campaigns, or even training for distributed internal teams. What do you dislike about Journey? It could improve a bit on the integrations side (ie. embedding/iframing webpages, more connected apps, etc.), but I expect this will come over time. What ...
