I have been using jotform for a number of months. I am located in Australia. There are expected response delays which are acceptable. It is not acceptable however that often the response from jotform makes no sense and does not respond to the actual question. We have committed a lot of time to the development of the forms so we need a reliable system. It will be very expensive to start again elsewhere. Unfortunately there are glitches. The worst company we have dealt with in…

The worst company we have dealt with in over 10 years of business!! There really is no loyalty with these guys!! They now limit how many forms you can have... this comes after having two years of them turning your forms off if they got viewed too many times in a month!! This is all stuff they never did when we originally signed up and now we have over 700 forms and can't add anymore with out more than doubling our package, they literally have us by the balls - dreadful company! Account Suspended?!?

After a week's worth of work and linking it to our new website, Jotform suspended our account without explanation and without a way to contact a service representative.

Apparently I've gone 'phishing'...

I am giving Jotform.com 1 star because despite being quite impressed with their software they all of a sudden for no reason blocked me siting a 'phishing scam'. I am a small business owner and just wanted to use a single form so new staff could sign up online and submit their details. JotForm is an excellent concept and the ease on a browser to use is brill. But the app for android is pointless. Won't sync so is blank meaning I can't get notifications. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and signing in out several times to no avail. When I message them the response was 'I know - I have the same problem!' Doesn't really help me does it However the browser version works fab

Very poor tech support dealing with major data problem

Very poor tech support to deal with a major flaw in the system that messes up data in email submissions. No proper response for months despite providing many examples, screenshots etc.

I was previously with Cognito Forms before joining JotForm. The forms seem to be just as easy to create as the competitor. I only made the move after my subscription expired. So far so good. Positive points is that there is more flexibility and excellent use of the widgets. Also good to have the use of payment processors like Stripe included with them adding surcharges.
