Unreliable these days
Used it for years and now suddenly we are seeing issues with the websites that have Jot form. Our clients are saying they are not receiving emails from customers (and losing out on work) they have also decided to add a credit link advertising Jotform on our websites and the amount of glitches we have had since this little update is crazy! Disappointed after all these years.

Amazing product.
Exceptional service, great price and also offer amazing service for free. Loads of options everything I need, so please I founf this service. I have intergrated it in to our company website and it is working great. I look forward to using this service for many years.

Simply brilliant!
I've been using jotform for multiple projects over the last 4 years and has always proven fit the bill. Customization options are excellent, with various free themes and the ability for advanced users to make changes at CSS level. The integration is also great, from jotform hosted forms to source code hosted on a personally owned domain, everything you need is included and more! Awesome.. until the limit
Jotform WAS the best tool to create forms for your website. No coding knowledge was required to create excellent forms. Last year they limited the amount of forms you can have... That's the sort of thank you you get for being a loyal customer.

Easiest Email Form Ever
Been using Jotform for about 5 years now and find it most convenient to use. I have to provide my staff an escalation form to send an email to different clients and departments in standard format without disclosing the actual email addresses. Jotform makes it easy for me to update receiving email addresses and make form changes as and when needed. Earlier I had to keep asking each and everyone, write this in subject, format body like this etc.
