Jotform has terrible customer service.
Jotform is a terrific tool and I wish we could keep using it. Unfortunately, there was a glitch and Jotform has not been willing or able to troubleshoot and correct it. The lack of any phone based customer service is hugely frustrating and their general indifference has been very discouraging. We use jotform for a client-based service and cannot ethically be without such service. Because of Jotform's neglect we will move to a different platform.

Most computer problems are between the chair and the keyboard. I’ve always gotten great support from JotForm

Loving JotForm!
JotForm is new to us, but so far we are so impressed! So many options and seamless integration make it highly useful to us. We're just in the beginning stages but are considering upgrading so we can use it in many different areas. Very well done product.

Jot form works great
Jot form works great. I've made hundreds of forms at various jobs and it's just easy and so convenient. Support is very helpful as well, even with customizations. My one complaint is there aren't a ton of available layouts in the template library (no inline email field and submit button).
