I'm super excited about this product. I've only just begun to tap into the many options here, and how simple and easy it is to set up the most basic forms. But there's so much more. Thrilled to have this option.

Poor customer service, better company out there!!
Jotform is good but the service is very poor as different customer service ppl deal with your 1 query and have no clue or not bothered reading the entire issue as result leaving me to repeat myself several time to the point I’ve give him. This email is out of frustration due to poor service form jotform. You can not call them, you can not even chat to them via chat it’s all via email so there is always several hours delay time and if u need urgent help there is none you have to wait 3 days ...
