Spam and Phishing Emails
I am constantly receiving spam emails from this company. I have never signed up to this product, never heard of it. Please can you stop sending them. I am getting about 40 a day and have been for the last couple of weeks. By the looks of other reviews, there are multiple other people getting spammed as well. Jotform need to take this seriously.

Server is always down,
Server is always down, System always has bugs, And the only thing customer service always says is: “We couldn’t replicate this issue in our end. Lies. I work in IT so I know how to diagnose.”

Jotform is easy to use
Jotform is easy to use. We are utilizing it for simple registration and signups for our sports organization. We also love the drag and drop features and pre-made templates.

It is impossible to get any decent answer directly from Jotform. Like many people, I get several emails per day from some phishing sites whose email addresses jotform.com*

We were looking for an app that could accommodate a simple registration list with multiple options in the questionnaire and ideally the ability to pull data into Excel. Well, to say the least is that jotform goes above and beyond with multiple tracking and enhancement options. I'm a business user of Jotform
I'm a business user of Jotform. I have reported an issue which is causing duplicate entries well over a month ago. No resolution has yet been provided, and I've had to regularly chase Jotform support for updates. I otherwise get absolutely nothing.

Jotform is Awesome
Jotform is Awesome! We use it for cleaning business to capture leads with detailed information! The great thing is that it has an app and I get notification right away. I highly recommend Jotform.
