These forms are easy to build. Easy for folks filling the forms. We are a small nonprofit and needed a form that was legally binding but easy to do online and cost effective. Jotform meets all of our criteria. We have been using them for over an year and they work great.

Creating a form and having the document for signatures via a link has been simple. Anytime someone completes it we get notified via email with a copy of the form. It's simple and efficient to use.

I was scammed by a jerk from NO SURPRISE India. They claimed to be a realtor. Not so, Joyform is a harbor for bad actors. Without oversight. They said we have suspended their accounts,however are not accountable nor give a hoot for this Decorated Army vet. This world is evil and so is this mickey mouse company. I hope you go out of business, you corrupt company.

Getting Heavily Spammed Since Going To Their Website.

Earlier this year, I looked into using Jotform and used my email address in the process on their website. Since then I have been averaging nearly 50+ spam emails/day that are using Jotform in their address.

Poor Customer Support - Forms Not Always Reliable

When it works, it's fantastic, but when issues arise, you're essentially on your own. Despite recently upgrading to Gold level, which is their second-highest customer bracket, there is no increased benefit in terms of support. Free users and anyone with an account level below enterprise receive the same level of support - which is not much. The biggest problem is the lack of direct communication channels for problem resolution. There's no clear escalation process or ownership of concerns ...

I love the design of the forms, it increases the perceived value of the work, elevates the customer experience, and is a way to collect data in an organized way!!!
