We give our customers a very long…
We give our customers a very long questionnaire built on Jotform. They often have trouble. The "save and come back" feature on mobile is hidden where nobody would ever find it. Nothing the user does is cached server side, so when they fill out half a form and leave the tab open, they come back to find their completed answers did not save. We often are told that all of a users' answers were erased after trying to upload photos, and I get countless "my answers got deleted!" emails without ...
