Simple to use
Simple to use - fast and efficient with great options for question types. I found it really easy to integrate with other applications such as zapier. Lots of different styles and options. The ablitiy to collect signatures is also brilliant

Very convenient
Very convenient. Was able to create electronic waiver for upcoming event and collect signatures without attendees having to download additional software to do so.

Simply the Best!
I have been SO pleased with Jotform! The form builder makes it a breeze to build professional looking forms with out having to know how to code. I love that there is an app that also allows me to edit and view my forms on the go. One of my biggest complaints with Google Forms. The support team has been great as well and helped me set up an SMTP so that my form responses come from me and not Jotform. I will be upgrading to a paid plan soon, but the free plan has served me well since I ...
