Love Jolt

PROS: Makes scheduling easier Also one that there are checklists and can send mass emails to employees. CONS: Nothing that I can think of

Jolt is ok

PROS: Exporting for payroll to manually enter into payroll system. CONS: Importing for payroll software. I can't import into our software which requires manual entry. This is labor intensive. Another program we had imported effortlessly which saved me a lot of time and possible data entry errors, which happens with Jolt. I have asked Jolt support and have not gotten an answer to this problem.

Great product

PROS: It saves a lot of time and potential mistakes with making employee schedules. They send in their requests on their phone and it immediately shows up while working on the schedule. It avoids me making mistakes typing them in. They also get their schedules on their phone. CONS: When it automatically updates the schedule with the shift changes, I can't see what I originally scheduled

Using JOLT has changed the way we operate….for the better!

PROS: I can use it for many things such as: Scheduling, clocking in/out, costing my schedules, maintenance checklists, staff training and more! CONS: We had some issues with our internet connection (not JOLT's fault) so with the slow connection it struggled at times to connect. Maybe an option to complete certain aspects of the programme offline but once connected it updates.

What do you like best about Jolt? This program fulfils our needs for Food Safety Date Dots as well as cleaning checklists for the team. What do you dislike about Jolt? The printer has a habit of disconnecting. "Great for my store and keeping organized lists with due dates."

What do you like best about Jolt? I like the edit features on the website, makes it easy to customize lists. Reminding managers to do lists has been very helpful as well, the due date function is very useful for me. What do you dislike about Jolt? When you are off the app for days, it takes a long time to sync back up. Recently the slider bar has gone away for showing "swept items", I wish we could get that back. It made it easier for me to follow up on shift for those getting specific ...
