What do you like best about Jolt? Having everything in a digital format is easy and convenient for everyone involved. What do you dislike about Jolt? It was difficult to get all of our associates on the same page at first, but ultimately it was a very user friendly app. What problems is Jolt solving and how is that benefiting you? Communication between front and back of house is improved drastically.

They send in their requests on their phone and it immediately shows up while working on the schedule. It avoids me making mistakes typing them in. They also get their schedules on their phone. The checklists we have created for opening and closing mean we have a complete and comprehensive record of safety checks with the ability to pick up any issues on the way through. What do you like best about Jolt? Helps us remember everything, my employees have less likely ness to miss details. What do you dislike about Jolt? I wish the synchronization to the label printer were easier to troubleshoot. What problems is Jolt solving and how is that benefiting you? In our kitchen there are many little details to follow up on. My employees miss less using Jolt.

Use Jolt

PROS: The product is GREAT for lists, labels, and scheduling. It is easy to add people into the system and into groups. CONS: Sometimes I have issues with the printer not connecting right with our iPads. Occasionally there are hiccups with the system.
