Ease of use

What do you like best? I like the ability that everything can be stored in 1 location. Everything from recruiting, job boards to the sales side. I also enjoy being able to manage our teams work. You can see everyone's schedule when organizing a meeting. The reporting feature is probably my favorite aspect. The number of reports which are already created.
