My JivoChat Review
PROS: We're able to communicate with our customers and track the site and history of visits to our website. We're able to set up and configure JivoChat easily. It looks modern and yet so simple to use to ensure quality conversations. Regardless of location or language, we're always accessible to our customers with JivoChat.

JivoChat conversations
PROS: We love that we're always connected to our customers anywhere and anytime, thanks to JivoChat. It helps us provide fast and excellent live chats using a modern interface that is user-friendly. CONS: JivoChat gives us what we need for a great price, good support and in multiple languages, so we really haven't encountered any issues.

"Very Impressive Chat System"
What do you like best about JivoChat? Super impressed with this sophisticated live chat system and pleasantly surprised to see it has a call-back system. I like the call back feature the most, but it has a fantastic amount of features, the ability to connect to multiple platforms, and I am really looking forward to the ability to take payments; that is a real winner!!

"Easy and Simple Livechat + Omnichannel Inbox"
What do you like best about JivoChat? Easy to get started right away. JivoChat just works right out of the box. It integrates all my social media channels and helps us handles all the chats with customers much more easily. The buillt-in CRM and team chat are perfect to complment with the Livechat and integrated inbox features. Easy and Mature Livechat with extra features
JivoChat is a simple Livechat with features that can be implemented and get started in minutes. I was having issues with my social media messengers, and JivoChat came the the recue. The deployment was quick and easy. The mobile apps are perfect. Everything works as it is supposed to.

JivoChat client communications
PROS: Our communication with our customers has greatly improved because we can talk in real-time. We're able to provide assistance and answer any inquiries through chat, mobile messages, or regular calls. It's user-friendly and so easy to set up. The CMS also has a simple UI and we can use another similar CMS.

Communication for both clients and colleagues
PROS: This pro platform allows me to communicate with both my clients and colleagues. It's also integrated across our social networks and email. It's more efficient than anything we've used. CONS: No cons for me, I haven't experienced a big issue worth mentioning.

Jivochat are a disgrace
Jivochat are a disgrace. They associate with companies that scam the public and claim to be legitimate. When you see the live chat Jivochat on any site, pause and investigate the company to be sure they are not scammers.
