The customer support is a desaster
The customer support is a desaster. They don't communicate with each other, so basically you have to explain your problem every time from scratch. The app constantly kicks us out and customer chats are lost. There is no soultion from the support. The only thing they suggest is to "use a different network, don't use VPN, etc". It's impossible to work productively with JivoChat. If you want to generate sales or have happy customers, I don't recommend this app. The monthly price is very cheap ...

Charged me twice and one month later…
Charged me twice and one month later still no refund despite emailing 5+ times. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The app is ok but due to service, I’d avoid.

jiovo chat is a joke
jiovo chat is a joke. this company supports crypto scam companies such as DECKER LIMITED.. They send back messages weeks later asking " hi sir, what can we help with " after receiving a very detailed question. They must be getting a piece of the SCAM

Excellent features with a very tiny…
Excellent features with a very tiny price. Only one buggy features so far and it's not much. Frankly bravo. Regarding the support, on my case it was excellent. Keep the hard work team Jivo !

#1Read me - Important
#1 - Jivo Chat Phone does not have Voicemail #2 - The business email is not email (you have to forward your email to Jivo Chat and email customers back from a different email). #3 if agents do not close the chat all communication (text, calls and emails) will come to that agent even if they are texting/calling a different number. #4 Jivo Chat will not refund any money (I paid for 1 year for 5 agents after looking at all of the Jivo Chat Features that are not actually there, used it for ...

use Jivochat if you wish to lose customers and face disputes their chat always gets down and they are very poor and highly poop service
