Jive Comm - Review
What do you like best? The customer/tech support Jive provides is outstanding. I have called support on a few occasions and every tech rep resolved the issue. They also follow up if the case is still open. This type of service is hard to find these days. What do you dislike? I can't think of a situation were Jive has failed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Interoffice communication via phone.

JIVE is a great option for small businesses
What do you like best? Ease of setup, great tech support, price is reasonable What do you dislike? ever changing reports tool, web console goes through changes, things are not always easy to find. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Jive provides my phone solution as well as my internet access
