What do you like best? I like that whenever we need to make an adjustment to our dial plan, VM settings, you name it, Jive is super helpful and easy to speak with. What do you like best? Excellent support staff who are quick to respond and resolve issues. Ease of use for portal, setting up new users and extensions. What do you dislike? Clarity of voice, calls don't drop and customer service is great What do you dislike? the iPhone Jive app keeps asking to log in again after every weeks What problems are you solving with the product? Jive is great and easy to use
What do you like best? I like that I can have an official line as an app on my phone. It is easy to use and you can even text from the number, so that is a great option. What do you dislike? Some improvement needs to be made with texting pictures and making faxing a little easier to use. Great Service with a lot of bells and whistles
What do you like best? Being a small company, we love having the ability to have a professional answering service that can direct calls based on caller's needs and eliminates our constant interruptions for issues that can be easily handled with automated calls. Really versatile, wifi stability can be an obstacle, customer support is 2nd to none.
What do you like best? Customer service, live people, almost always there (without waiting on hold) and super patient and helpful to get to a solution. I thoroughly appreciated the ability to call CS and tell them what I'd like to do (or see happen) and they're creatively helping me put it into action with the versatile applications within Jive.
