Great Communication Tool
What do you like best? Is great to communicate with teammates and customers. It has help us a lot when we integrate it with our systems and workflow. The API has been really helpful too. What do you like best? Cost, Flexibility, Easy & Great Customer Support What do you dislike? A little better documentation so we can learn how to admin by our self easier. What do you like best? I have been using Jive now for several years. The PBX admin board is so far more advanced that you will get with any competitor, while being easy to use. What do you like best? Jive has allowed me to connect to our CRM and log each and every call, the auto call recording feature that backs up to AWS S3, is great. We are able to keep the calls for quality assurance and if need be, we can recover the conversation to listen to. Really versatile, wifi stability can be an obstacle, customer support is 2nd to none.
What do you like best? Customer service, live people, almost always there (without waiting on hold) and super patient and helpful to get to a solution. I thoroughly appreciated the ability to call CS and tell them what I'd like to do (or see happen) and they're creatively helping me put it into action with the versatile applications within Jive. Great Service with a lot of bells and whistles
What do you like best? Being a small company, we love having the ability to have a professional answering service that can direct calls based on caller's needs and eliminates our constant interruptions for issues that can be easily handled with automated calls.
