Great Addition to our Team and Great Cost Savings

What do you like best? Cost, Flexibility, Easy & Great Customer Support What do you dislike? A little better documentation so we can learn how to admin by our self easier. Recommendations to others considering the product: Jive was very resonable and easy to setup. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I have been using Jive now for several years. The PBX admin board is so far more advanced that you will get with any competitor, while being easy to use. Being able to map your dial plan by a simple drag and drop is great. What do you dislike? Jive made easy

What do you like best? Jive has allowed me to connect to our CRM and log each and every call, the auto call recording feature that backs up to AWS S3, is great. We are able to keep the calls for quality assurance and if need be, we can recover the conversation to listen to. The Jive UI is easy to navigate and you don't need a degree in Jiveology to figure it out, if you run into an issue a friendly Jive Rep is just a call or chat session away. What do you dislike? Anywhere in the world - and you may as well be in the same office!

What do you like best? Jive phone have been been great for connecting colleagues in different locations. With intercom and the ability to dial via the phone, PC or app - it's easy to stay connected no matter where the "office" is. What do you dislike? Jive Comm - Review

What do you like best? The customer/tech support Jive provides is outstanding. I have called support on a few occasions and every tech rep resolved the issue. They also follow up if the case is still open. This type of service is hard to find these days. What do you dislike? I can't think of a situation were Jive has failed.
