What do you like best? Jira is the product that helps me handling task efficiently. We are capable of eradicating most of the software related issues. Mostly our sales department is getting influenced by its quality features. We are no more worried about reporting, because it gives excellent reports that are based on real time. What do you like best? I like the visibility of tasks status. It allows you to keep track of processes, more specifically software development, in my case. My company uses this great tool to manage projects development progress. It's very helpful at the moment of logging time to a task or story. What do you like best? It’s very easy to have project managed and get tasks assigned to you, and see team progress. What do you dislike? I have not found anything in the software yet, that I can say I dislike. It serves its purpose exceptional well. What do you like best? JIRA is helpful is that it is adaptable and also transparent to our team. What do you like best? It's super common in the tech industry for agile sprint planning, so I appreciate the consistency as I move between organizations. What do you dislike? Despite being so common-place, it's not intuitive to use. My greater department uses the round-robin feature for ticket distribution, but my team does not.
