What do you like best? I like the visibility of tasks status. It allows you to keep track of processes, more specifically software development, in my case. My company uses this great tool to manage projects development progress. It's very helpful at the moment of logging time to a task or story. What do you like best? JIRA is helpful is that it is adaptable and also transparent to our team.
