Great for tracking development requests

What do you like best? It's an inexpensive cloud based tool so you can have team members outside of your organization. It is easy to configure and add custom fields if desired. Kanban and Epic boards are great. You can integrate it with Confluence. Creating dashboards is very easy and the filter logic is awesome. What do you like best? Centralized location is beneficial for projects. We have the ability to track time costs assign workflows to the project and provide notification to requesters. Everything you need for managing projects

What do you like best? I love all the integrations Jira has, particularly with Intercom! This saves us so much time. What do you dislike? It can be very overwhelming and there is little training. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organization and efficiency. The time it takes to document problems and report fixes to customers has been reduced greatly!
