What do you like best? It's an inexpensive cloud based tool so you can have team members outside of your organization. It is easy to configure and add custom fields if desired. What do you like best? I love all the integrations Jira has, particularly with Intercom! This saves us so much time. What do you dislike? It can be very overwhelming and there is little training.
